RETURNS & REFUNDS

​Shipping

​We offer free express shipping on orders over $100. 

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5 on orders within Australia.

​We also offer express shipping on orders within Australia for $8.

​Once you have placed your order, orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being received. If there is urgency with your order please advise us when ordering so that we can make it our priority.

​Standard shipping can take from 2 - 7 business days depending on where you are located. Express shipping can take between 1 - 3 business days.

​Mae Avenue does not hold any responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that our crystal candles may change in appearance due to shipment (crystals and botanicals can move).

​Returns and Refunds

Please note we do not exchange or refund items due to change of mind. If your jewellery or candle has a manufacturing defect, we will happily exchange or repair your item provided the item has been purchased within six (6) months. Please note that this does not cover loss, kinks, breakage, damage, changes in appearance and gradual degradation of all or parts of the items due to normal wear and tear, careless handling, accident or mishaps, improper use and alterations not performed by the seller (Mae Avenue).

​Please also note we do not accept returns on sale items. Original shipping costs are not included in any refunds.

​We strongly advise you use a traceable delivery method for all returns. Mae Avenue is not responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.

​Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

​- Unused

​- In its correct bag / packaging

Please note we do not exchange or refund items due to change of mind. If your jewellery or candle has a manufacturing defect, we will happily exchange or repair your item provided the item has been purchased within six (6) months. Please note this does not cover loss, kinks, breakage, changes in appearance and gradual degradation of all or parts of the items due to normal wear and tear, careless handling, accident or mishaps, improper use and alterations not preformed by the seller (Mae Avenue).
